Also known as the Chilean Guava, Myrtus ugni produces uniquely delicious berries resembling a blend of strawberry, pineapple, and apple. Queen Victoria favored the fruit, and it can be grown as an ornamental shrub or hedge, attracting bees with fragrant pale pink flowers.
