Description

This exceptionally uncommon plant features solitary flowers adorned with four or more narrow, greenish, thread-like petals and green petaloid sepals. Blooming in May above a single whorl of stem leaves, each plant produces a solitary blueberry-like fruit, although poisonous. Thriving conditions mimic those of Trilliums, with creeping rhizomes expanding steadily under favorable circumstances.
