Native to cold Douglas Fir and Redwood forests in Northern California and Oregon, this bone-hardy perennial phacelia offers flared lavender-blue trumpet flowers with bright blue pollen. Blooming late from May to August, it attracts bees and butterflies, creating a remarkable display.
