Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of trends and technological developments in the seed and seedling vending industry to meet or exceed customer expectations, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Based on your experience and customer feedback, you are responsible for participating in some project planning and oversight, coordinating and developing project goals, strategic plans, project quotes, and communicating service information clearly, concisely, and accurately in sales presentations to meet customer needs and ensure sales success.
We are looking for 1 or 2 Seed Peddling Project Managers to initiate and maintain a partnership with our customers. You will be required to establish and maintain close communication with multiple departments including R&D and sales.
Your primary responsibilities will include responsibility for the design and implementation of seed collection, storage and cultivation programs, milestone tracking, completion of data collection, presentation and project landing. Present the purpose, process and results of the project to customers and internal team members as needed. Advise and consult with clients on seed peddling to help meet their requirements.
We are looking for 1 or 2 senior scientists in botany related fields to perform routine laboratory work including seed sample quality control, sample testing and data analysis.
Your primary responsibilities will include designing and executing experiments related to seed research. Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting scientific problems/technical issues that arise during experiments, establishing stable seed sorting storage and seedling breeding processes. And be able to collaborate with internal/external botanical research developers or other institutions and scientists. Collaborate with sales and project managers to improve our win rate in complex sales situations.
