Description

Asclepias hirtella, or Tall Green Milkweed, reaches 4' in height with white-green flowers in mid-summer. Unique with narrow, alternate leaves, up to 100 flowers per umbel. Prefers medium-wet to dry soil, drought-tolerant, attractive to butterflies and bees, including monarchs.
