Description

Late winter and spring unveil almost goblet-shaped, scented yellow flowers with black marks or blotches in the throat on this pretty plant. Spirally twisted leaves, characteristic of its name, accompany the South African native, growing in sandstone and clay soils from distinctive flattened corms.
