Description

Superficially resembling but smaller than S. forsskaoleii, this attractive salvia produces short spires of violet-blue flowers above neat basal clumps of triangular-ovate leaves. After the inflorescences fade, bright and attractive violet calyces remain, adding an extra layer of visual interest.
