Description

Asclepias verticillata, or Whorled Milkweed, features skinny "whorled" leaves, reaching around 2' in height. Deer and rabbit-resistant, it's rhizomatous and spreads. Blooms from July to September, attracting various insects, including bees, wasps, flies, butterflies, skippers, and beetles.
