At the same time, we introduced exogenous genes into Zoysia japonica healing tissues by selecting well-grown healing tissues, adjusting the composition of Agrobacterium floxed liquid medium and co-culture medium as well as the cultivation method, and improving the efficiency of genetic transformation through selection culture and regeneration-inducing culture. So far, we have helped researchers to effectively obtain herbicide-resistant Zoysia japonica strains and new cold-resistant varieties through the Agrobacterium transformation method.
