What do we offer?

We have developed a highly efficient cauliflower transformation system using Agrobacterium transformation. In addition to being used for researching cauliflower that is resistant to adversity, storage, and high varieties, we have also developed a genetic transformation system for purple cauliflower. The purple cauliflower we developed has purple-red flower bulbs, which are rich in anthocyanins, as well as vitamins A, B1, B2, and C, and other components including potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorus, and a small amount of selenium, which have strong antioxidant power, low crude fiber, and a very high nutritive value, and the purple cauliflower has many times as much dietary fiber as the purple cauliflower has many times more dietary fiber than green cauliflower. We provide cauliflower transformation content as follows.

  • Transformation vector construction.
  • Cultivation of sterile cauliflower seedlings.
  • Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation of cauliflower, screening.
