  • Genetic transformation of Coix lacryma-jobi. The bacterial solution was poured into the bottle containing the genetic transformation receptor until it was completely submerged, acetosyringone and surfactant were added for vacuum osmosis treatment, and after pouring out the bacterial solution, the seeds were placed on the nutrient soil, then covered with another layer of nutrient soil, and the poured bacterial solution was poured onto the nutrient soil at 28℃, and cultivated in the dark for 3 d.
