  • Recovery culture. The co-cultured exosomes were restored to culture under light.
  • Screening culture. Transfer the recovered tissues to the screening medium and obtain resistant healing tissues after screening culture.
  • Differentiation culture. Sesbania cannabina seedlings were obtained by transferring the healing tissues to a differentiation medium.
  • Rooting culture. Sesbania cannabina seedlings were transferred to rooting medium to obtain transgenic plants.
