What do we offer?

  • Biological control technology. Biological control technology is a method of controlling pests and pathogenic microorganisms by utilizing beneficial organisms based on natural organisms. The biological control technologies we currently offer include the development of plant-derived biopesticides, animal-derived biopesticides, microbial insecticides, and many other forms, which can play different roles in different ecosystems. Based on the development and application of biological control technology in insecticidal proteins or hormones, it can significantly reduce the use of pesticides, improve the quality of agricultural products, protect the ecological environment, and be sustainably applied to agricultural production.
  • Genetic engineering technology. Utilizing genetic engineering technology, through cutting, repairing, or adding biological genes, etc., to realize the method of precise modification of the genetic characteristics of living organisms. In the field of agriculture, the use of genetic engineering technology can be realized to optimize the characteristics of crops, such as insect resistance, disease resistance, and stress resistance. It can also be used for the control of pests and pathogenic microorganisms. For example, we utilize RNAi technology to effectively act in pest control. In the mechanism of RNAi generation, firstly, it is induced by double-stranded RNA (dsRNA or shRNA). Then endonuclease hydrolyzes the dsRNA into a shorter single-stranded RNA (siRNA), and the system of siRNA combining with the target RNA finally destroys the double-stranded target RNA. Therefore, double-stranded dsRNA or hairpin RNA (shRNA) and single-stranded siRNA can be applied as RNA interference insecticides.
