  • Juvenile hormones are a group of hormones that maintain larval traits and promote ovarian development in adult insects. It is derived from the pharyngeal lateral body, and we have isolated various juvenile hormones from lepidopteran insects. Insect juvenile hormones are used as insecticides to control pests and diseases by inhibiting the metamorphosis or molting of insects. They also affect insect reproduction or stagnation. Juvenile hormones are green, environmentally friendly, effective, and safe for pest control.
  • Sexpheromone is a volatile chemical secreted by the glands at the end of the abdomen or other parts of adult insects. It can lure insects of the same species and opposite sex to mate. At present, we have synthesized a variety of insect pheromones. Our synthesized pheromones are divided into pest monitoring and pest control. Pheromones have specificity, high sensitivity, accurate trapping, safety, and effective action in disease prevention and control. Applying extra-sexual hormones for pest control mainly involves direct trapping and interference with mating.
