Labeled Proteomics Analysis

Labeled Proteomics Analysis

Proteomics is a core technology that systematically analyzes the composition, dynamic changes, and functional interactions of proteins in living organisms. Especially in agricultural research, revealing the protein expression patterns of crops, microorganisms, or animals in specific physiological or pathological states can provide a key basis for the improvement of resistance, disease prevention and control, and the regulation of nutrient metabolism. Labeled proteomics is an isotope or chemical labeling technology that enables precise quantification and dynamic tracking of proteins, significantly improving the sensitivity and reproducibility of complex samples. Lifeasible provides labeled proteomics analysis services, aiming to help researchers to deepen protein-related research and promote the development of agricultural research.

In vivo labeling quantitative proteomics services

  • Stable isotope labeling technology. In cell culture system, we realize in vivo labeling of proteins by replacing natural amino acids with stable isotope labeled amino acids. This technique has high labeling efficiency, is not affected by the composition of the lysate, and has good stability. It can qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the proteins in cells and is used to study the protein expression changes in plant cells under different environmental conditions.
  • 15N labeling technique. We use 15N isotope labeling of amino acids, which can be in vivo labeling of proteins, quantitative analysis of the whole proteome, and applicable to the study of protein expression differences in plants at different stages of growth and development or under different treatment conditions.

In vitro labeling quantitative proteomics service

  • Multiplexing and other heavy labeling techniques. We perform tandem mass spectrometry analysis by specifically labeling the amino groups of peptides, which can analyze the differences in the relative protein content of multiple samples simultaneously, with simultaneous qualitative and quantitative results that are reliable and accurate. This service can be used to compare plant samples from different varieties, growth stages, or under different treatment conditions to mine differentially expressed proteins and provide a basis for variety improvement and stress tolerance research.
  • Isotope labeling quantification technology. We use multiple stable isotope tags to analyze the differences in relative protein content of multiple different samples at the same time. This technique is suitable for large-scale proteomics research, such as studying the changes in the proteome of crop roots under different soil fertility conditions.

Post-translational modification quantitative analysis service

  • Phosphorylation quantitative proteome. We can enrich phosphorylated peptides and perform mass spectrometry analysis to accurately identify and quantify phosphorylated proteins and their modification sites, which can provide an important basis for studying phytohormone signaling, anti-stress mechanisms, etc.
  • Acetylation quantitative proteome. We can help researchers analyze the acetylation modification of proteins and use a highly sensitive mass spectrometry platform to accurately identify and quantify acetylated proteins to reveal the metabolic regulation mechanism of plants under different environmental conditions.
  • Ubiquitination quantification proteome. By enriching ubiquitinated peptides and performing mass spectrometry analysis, we can gain insights into the degradation mechanisms of plant proteins and their roles in growth and development and environmental adaptation.
