So broken tea bags may not be a good tea, depending on the specific circumstances of the factory, and can not be generalized. The powder content of tea is limited in the export tea standards, and the control of the crushed tea content shall not exceed the actual content of the standard or deal sample tea.

  • Electric sieving machine (200 rpm, 60 mm gyration range).

Powder sieve specifications are:

(1) Standard sieve 630 μm for strip and round tea.

(2) Standard sieve 450 μm for broken and coarse shaped tea.

(4) Standard sieve 180 μm for end-shaped tea.

Broken tea sieve specifications are:

(1) Standard sieve 1.25 mm for strip and round tea.

(2) Standard sieve 1.60 mm for coarse tea, etc.

Strip, round tea generally contains work black tea, small black tea, black crushed tea in leaf tea, Zhen Mei, Gong Xi, bead tea, rain tea, and flower tea. Coarse shaped teas contain Tieguanyin, color seeds, oolong, Shui Xian, Qi seeds, white peony, Gong Mei, and Pu'er loose tea.
