Multi-omics science technologies are widely used in life sciences, making omic studies a hotspot. Many different omics techniques are currently combined for scientific research in mushrooms, such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. All these techniques are now widely used to study the physiological and biochemical changes and production mechanisms of mushrooms at different levels. However, there is a holistic relationship between them. Genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics studies follow a progressive sequence of genetic information transfer from DNA and RNA to protein. The metabolomics studies, which were eventually developed, directly reflect the material changes in organisms during the transmission of genetic information. The findings of omic techniques corroborate each other. Single techniques of histological analysis can no longer meet current research needs. The integration of histology and artificial intelligence, and machine learning tools in the era of big data opens new perspectives for basic and applied research on mushrooms.

Lifeasible offers a multi-omics analysis service to study all aspects of mushrooms comprehensively. Our experts have been focusing on multi-omics studies of common edible mushrooms such as shiitake, straw mushroom, deer antler, and reishi by combining two or three omics techniques. Our integrated multi-omics technologies aim to improve the specificity and reliability of mushroom studies.
Multi-omics allows access to a large amount of data. We provide bioinformatics methods to process and analyze the data and can analyze the effects of various stresses on the growth and development of mushrooms. On this basis, we help our customers to develop optimal cultivation conditions for different species of mushrooms.
We will select the best combination of histological techniques according to the different research objectives of our clients. The advantage of its integrated analysis has been highly appreciated by our customers worldwide. We assist in advancing your deeper research in mushrooms and accelerate their cultivation, breeding, and production. If you are interested in our services, please contact us.
